Tom brings more than 25 years experience in the electrical and mechanical engineering fields and has been responsible for the design and specification of mechanical and electrical systems for a wide variety of buildings including office, educational, religious, correctional, laboratory, hotel, industrial, historical, multi-family, and healthcare facilities. A licensed engineer, Tom is experienced in designing and managing projects including new designs, evaluation reports, and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems. He is experienced in lighting, power, communications, emergency power, computer systems and evaluations of existing systems. Tom is a Certified Energy Manager, a Certified Demand Side Manager and a LEED Accredited Professional.
Additionally, Tom is an Adjunct Faculty member of the Purdue University School of Technology.

Since being introduced to the drafting world in high school, Joe has always enjoyed the challenge of learning the new methods during the evolution of the drafting techniques. Starting in the architectural field after college for a few years, Joe moved to the MEP side of design in 2007 and hasn’t looked back.
Joe has been married for 25+ years to a very patient woman and they have 5 children. Joe’s other passions are his motorcycles, hot rods and working on their property.

Alex joined the N E O team as a Mechanical Designer while he completes his Masters in Engineering Technology program at Purdue University. Alex has been responsible for the design of HVAC systems for a wide variety of structures, including healthcare, historical, municipal, religious, and corporate facilities. Alex’s previous work experience as a health care worker has given him a unique perspective in the area of health care design. With a background in both healthcare and manufacturing, he enjoys working with a diverse set of clients to develop the best working design to satisfy their needs.
Outside of MEP design, Alex has a passion for hiking in the Smoky Mountains, scuba diving, and taking care of his pets that include 2 cats and 2 axolotls.

She graduated from Indiana University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree and believes the skills acquired in college have encouraged her strong work ethic and organizational skills. Gracyn maintains the office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll
Gracyn is NEO’s newest office manager as of October 2022. She graduated from Indiana University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree and believes the skills acquired in college have encouraged her strong work ethic and organizational skills. Gracyn maintains the office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing, systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Gracyn also acts as the company’s Controller. She is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting operational functions. Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results and coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements.
Most of Gracyn’s time is spent caring for her two young children, Brynnleigh and Vincent, outside of work. She enjoys exploring new parks and nature trails with her family as well as eating dinner
together every night.
